Is there any place to do it without getting my *** kicked? Seriously? Am I the only one that can't take out some of those higher level mobs?

Doing medium quests is the quickest way to gain the last few ranks, if you can't find a pinnacle to help you.
Until your asked to go venture to s'handor which doesn't exist anymore and you cannot logout and request a new quest - because that would be against the rules, and heading on down to the central commons to chill with palwen to kill time just doesn't have the same thrill as it used to.
