It has been bugging me for quite long...Is it possible for, let's say, a fire giant warrior with the same religion as the dark knight, to kill the knight, take his zero level malform and use it? I mean, will it rise in ranks? Will he name it, or it will return to the dark knight once it reaches that certain rank?

I think it would drop in level for every hour its away from its owner.. so no, leveling it would be pointless.
If we wanted warriors running around with DK malforms we would just give warriors malform weapon...

No, you can't. If you want a malform you have to make it yourself. Once you've malformed a weapon the RP behind why its only useful to its owner is obvious.
