How do you master this stupid skill? I've tried with some mobs, but the only one that I remember with a no-remove shield would destroy me in an instance. Suggestions?(if not forbidden to talk about it)
Shield disarm
Lower your strength as low as possible. Do it as low of a rank as possible. Do not practice staff. Use a practice staff. Be verrrrrrrrry patient. Or find another player to help you.
Do not practice an axe, as you cannot parry anyway, then at low levels train it on Kashangal Hunters. Talismans/oak rings/glass rings are a goodie.
Find another player who can master something on you and go for it. Easiest way.

Yeah, question answered. It will take like an hour with a practice weapon.
just dont TRAIN it, shields are easy to disarm with the right weapon, and most people will have a nodisarm shield anyway.
Sandbox means don't train it. 
if you feel the need to train it, train it on garmex. he doesnt hit so hard in the mid 20s-30. keep him blind with a prac weapon and you should get quite a few points before you get him. thats what i did last time i wanted to train it.
Disarming shields is for pansies. Cleave, baby.
