Hi im a bit thick 
and am having trouble with it, or can a cabal inductee not command armies?.
Ive tried IG to ask other caballers but they are very vague and there is only so much they can say IG. Ive also read all the helpfiles.
If someone could Pm me how all the commands work, and a proper example that would be grand.

P.S It would be nice if one gets inducted into a cabal to automatically recieve a guide to that specific cabal.
Depending on the cabal, most don't even get armies.

Actually, most DO get armies. Those who don't have armies are Watcher, Syndicate and Tribunal. Herald too but noone counts them.
Cabals with armies are Knight, Nexus, Warmaster and Savant.
First of all there are two type of armies. Strong ones, and weak ones.
Weak ones are "built" with "C" for Conscript and Strong ones are build with "T" for Train. In order to build a strong unit first you need to constript a weak one and then train it. Weak armies are being commanded with one letter [a]ttack, [g]arrison, [f]ortify, [p]atrol, and strong ones with two letters: aa, gg, ff, pp and so on.
NOTE: You can always keep an eye on your armies which are out of the barracks with the "O" letter. I dunno what it stands for, but it's "order" I guess.
So for example, "c 10", "t 10" will constript one weak unit and then train it into strong one. And so on till all 10 strong units have been built.
"Army" command shows your army menu. "z" stands for zoom and focuses your army menu on your current room. "Map" shows the area in which the currently zoomed room is located and all bastions in it. "Map " shows all areas controlled by certain cabal.
If you are warmaster, and you want to attack savant, you have to do the following.
"army" to enter menu mode
"map savant" to see what areas they control.
Lets say they control the wood of lost souls, whos ID is 21.
You type "map 21" to zoom over the whole area. You will see 5 bastions. You pick an ID of a bastion and type "z 123" for example. You will focus the menu on the room with the bastion and then in order to send attack you type "aa" three times so you send 3 armies to engage. Each room has ID and so does each area. You focus on rooms with "zoom" and on areas with "map".
OK. I rather think of it like this, first you go out and hire a bunch of bums. Contract them to work for you. (remember thses guys are untrained)
Train them. (Trained armies are more effective than marauding bums)
Once you have a few of these armies, you can conquer the world. Or defend your own lands. I would tell you more, but I perfer to rule the world.
Army - toggle on/off the cabal warfare thing.
Important as some commands do not work well with warfare on.
Con - Conscript armies.
Train - Train armies.
Typically, just pump both of these to 5 or 10.
Zoom - Focus the MAP on your present room.
Zoom 123 - Focus the MAP on army 123
There is a way to focus on Bastion number, but i cannot recall.
AA - Send your elite units to attack the focused room.
Send 3 armies in the first wave, then keep checking and send more armies as they fall.
MAP - Shows all the bastions on the Area. Good to know what is happening.
"Return" - Just send return with a blank line to get an update of current focused room.
After you have taken a Bastion:
GGar 123 - Garrison the elite unit number 123.
This is used to garrison patroling units at a bastion after you have won.
Or you can just send them from your home base with GG, but it will take longer (Sometimes needed as your units end the patrol and return home).
FFor - Fortify the recently captured bastion. Don't ask me what it does, just makes them stronger.
For beguiner just keep conscript / train at 10/10.
AA to Send 3 elite armies to attack, and keep cheking.
It quite easy, to get the basics.
AA as your armies fall, to replace them.
When bastion is yours, wait 30-60 seconds.
"Return"
GGar xyz - garrison your living units at the bastion because they are just patroling.
GGar xyz - garrison your living units at the bastion (for the second one)
FFor - fortify with elite unit from home base the conquered bastion.
FFor - fortify with elite unit (second one)

It really is boring, I always thought it'd be cool that if you went with your troops you could fight in the battle somehow. Like have the enemy base commander there for you to battle and when you kill him the morale drops.
This would make it more fun as well as serve as rp... because you'd think by now all these armies would be tired of dying for commanders who never lead them into the battlefield.
I loved doing it. One of my favorite parts of being in a cabal is the army leading.

The idea is to have you kill the enemy cabal member there. 
im not gonna lie after like 10 mins of trying to get it i got confused... cabal warfare is one of those things you gotta get used to i guess.

Ive got a full 10 recruits, ive typed con 5, therefore in six game hours Those should be in the next field on the prompt of regular units.
However nothing happens.
I assume I have to keep in the army mode? Type army, con 5, and sleep for six hours, and still nada no regulars.
Im only a cabal inductee, can I still conscript forces perhaps thats the problem?
And can I just go into army mode type con 5 and then type army to leave it, and go back into the army mode after several hours and the regular units should be ready?

Try c instead of con. Also make sure you've no aliases of anything you're typing in.
Hm, I believe that you need a bit more time to constript full 5 recruits.
Also, use only one (two) characters, not more, like in Mya's example 
Hmm nope not getting any regular units, and ive plenty of recruits, waited 24 ig hours this time.
Ahh well ive sent a note to the imms, hopefully they can look into it.

Probably because you are cabal rank 1.
Wait 10 hours to get promoted.
No you can still be an inductee and command armies as long as there are enough recruits for one to use, and other higher ranked cabal mates are not present (they have priority over the recruits).

For me regarding FL, cabal armies was both the most daunting thing to learn and the easiest I came upon thing to learn. It looks like alot, and it looks difficult... then it's so easy you wonder how you didn't get it before. My take anyway.
i've been messing with it lately too, i feel bad because i dont want to mess up and get wtf pwned by the cabal leader for jacking up the armies lol. But i have no idea what im doing.
they are your armies. That cabal leader can go fly a kite. Your Imm wants you to take lands, period. If you aid your cabal members with a certain area cool. If you want to strike out in your own direction, also cool. You are a general now, capable of making your own decisions for your own reasons.
