I was just curious why avatar requirements scroll says 15-50 on rank, I am not trying to be an *** or anything, but I have never seen someone not wait around at 50 forever and a day for avatar. Why would these scrolls even bother saying 50? Same thing goes for undead & demon. They say 15-30. But the reqs for the quest class is alot of training, rping (which CAN be done sub 30) and pking, which is just retarded at level 15. Maybe we should just change the scrolls to say level 30, or level 50, not 15-30. I have been here 7 years, and think I have seen 1 non 30 undead, and that was 2.0 I believe.

Maybe...they set it like that for when you can send in your app? I don't know... I guess just because it is the overwhelming norm that a particular qrace or qclass is given out at a particular rank doesn't mean it can't be given to someone of a lower rank.
There's been both demons and undead sub 30 and avatars sub 50.
Latest demon got demoned at rank 25.
It all depends on how much you manage to make your char standing out at a low rank already.
My Invoker Reikon got Undead at lvl 20. It was really tough to do the quest at that level, but I did it. 
My monk Dylane got avatared at 35 a few years back.
