Cabal help...

I am new to the Cabal side of FL. This is my first ever caballed character and I was wondering a few things with ranks and promotions.

My first rank and promotions came regularly. My score sheet told me how many hours and what not. Now I seem to be stuck. How do I get promoted now?

I have the required hours, according to the score sheet. I am under the assumption that Elder and Leader are give by the Imm, but what about Trusted?

By the way, having a blast. I haven't won a PK battle yet, but it hasn't dissuaded me any. Been full-looted and not, still don't mind.

"cabal promotion" command lets you know what you need up to Veteran (some cabals need more than just hours).

Trusted, Elders and Leader position are given by immortals.
