Cmud

I bought a new computer for the family, and it has Vista on it.

I guess Vista is not compatable with ZMUD, but does work with CMUD.

When I downloaded it, it had several MUDs attached to choose from. Ours was not one of them

I had to type in the address and port manually. Not good for attracting new players.

Just an Fyi.

Unless it has changed it is the same way with Zmud. You can find this mud but you cannot connect to it as the address is wrong.

I have Zmud on my vista laptop. With FL on it.

?

I have ZFL with VistaMUD on it.

I use ZMud on both my win XP desktop and my vista laptop. Manually created FL world, connects just fine on both!

hey, here is a way to to get around all your zmud issues.

MUSHCLIENT.

Or an even better one. Jaba Mud Client.

or the best one! Wintin!

I just figured out the best roller for any client.... tintin++, probably the same in wintin, but I'm not sure.

#action {[%0] Cmds: help, end, roll, add, rem>} {#if {%0 < 53} {roll}}

just be sure to change the action to:

#action {[%0] Cmds: help, end, roll, add, rem>} {#if {%0 < -1} {roll}}

before you start allocating points.

If I knew a roller would be this easy, I would have gone to Linux years ago.

a-g

Went back to Gmud WOOT!!

Naw... Best around is putty
