Just identified a piece of eq and it has a psienhance flag, what does that actually mean? Pity there are no psionists about or I would ask them eh.

Umm, actually, Miracek was around just yesterday...You might try asking him.
Oh, I've found a few oddities that have "psi" affects and some other things with other affects that aren't on any skill or spell list available as normal or don't have a help file visible unless of course....
Less to do with qclass and more to do with other skills that can't be used on the item I believe.
