Still possible? 3 short of maxing at lvl 1 is the closest I've gotten so far, only at 15k rolls so far though. Was just wondering. Some race/class combos need all the help they can get.

Reality. I don't believe in such things as fate. I don't know anyone (personally) who has been to war and still believes in fate.

Hex only comprises of the characters 0-9 and A,B,C,D,E,F. Also, hex is a number system, so I'm not sure how you are representing letters in hex. The number system we are accustomed to is base 10, hex is just a base 16 number system.
You know those error messages you occasionally get on your computer where it says something like... "0xFFFFFE6F The application has encountered an error and needs to close." The number is the hexadecimal representation of the memory location at which the error occured.
