Waiting until Pinnacle to use Trains.

Theoretically you don't even need flight, just a flying mount.

That is if you can afford it. 15K is still expensive.

MOUNT

Syntax: mount : mounts a rented or summoned creature (mounted affect)

mount : mounts a creature present in a room

dismount

The land of Aabahran is large indeed, and many a sole has been

worn out upon its paths and roads. To ease the burden of travel

many have begun to use various creatures to ride upon their backs.

While mounted you will experience a minor movement bonus and more

importantly be able to recover your stamina much faster then on

foot. Note that if you are summoned, or otherwise forcibly moved,

you will be automaticly dismounted.

Note that while common mounts give benefits which are below that of

an average flight spell, the duration of their stay is far long. Those

**
mounts that posses ability to fly (manticores, pegasus, nightmares etc.)**

**
give the user the same movement reduction as a flight spell**, without

protection against trip.

I would guess Eshaine/Anume is talking about the herb or the rather nice foot armor not any sort of mount.

There is no melee in the game that cannot use some kind of flight. (And yes, I thought of cabal choices also.)

Re Mudder: Don't see the sense in running around at 50 with 100 practices and 4 trains left either, when you could have 140 hp more

More hp is never bad to have.

Hrmm, someone has been snooping eh? I actually had 23 trains in total.

When I do finally distribute my trains, I will likely put them both into hp/mana and when I do that, I will rock that much harder because i've been used to not having that extra stuff.

In response to, I think Aulian. Training mana gives you 20. Training moves gives you 30. Training hp gives you 10. What gives you more bang for your buck? Definitely not HP.

Every character I have, gets 120 extra moves. It makes things SO much better and has saved my life numerous times.

The rest goes into what I need. Likely a combination of hp/mana though mostly mana.

Are you serious? You really put 4 trains into moves?

On every single character.

EDIT: Out of all the trains I use, those are the best spent. I have never been more satisfied with my usage.

Fight me without flight and you're just asking to be killed....

Lytholm.

I think the discussion point there was trains and using them to prolong movement, not combat effectiveness.
