Is there a special way to change the color of one part of a note? like
"Im writting a scroll in game, and I want the color red to be yellow

Its in the code, but Morts don't have access to it from what I can see..take a look at Imms titles and you can that font color is something than can be adjusted.
When I first started playing I asked about this... Since it was something always available to me in other muds. The response was this.
Shadowspawn(Crypticant) tells you, "Because this isn't some brightly multi colored faerie mud." (something to that affect, though he definitely said faerie mud.)
The functionality is there, but only high level IMMs are allowed to use it.
