Thera?

Lol... 10 points to TB for response photo.

Sup crypt, long time.

That one would definitely be a target for clubbing.

Their eyes make great ben-wa balls when you dry them correctly.

Wow... that's gross.

Thera and other reworkings of the word earth have historically been used in science fiction and fantasy. The real reason we use aabahran instead of thera is because it comes first in any alphabetical listing.

This aside, I think of the forsaken lands as a place with many planes. Often characters will fall through from one plane or land into another plane. I've had characters get 'stuck' in aabahran even though they come from someplace else.

Wow... that's gross.

It's CRYPTICANT. You were expecting nice and fuzzy hugs?

Thank you Pali. I thought it would have been obvious, too.

Kids these days, man.

Kids? More like toilets.

Still gross, even for Crpyt.

Grim, you worry me man.

Cursed Lands, not sands.

And the Network54 forum is still out there.

Oh, and Crypticant (aka, me) was the progenitor of the Theran Wind, which I came up with during a hunting trip to Alaska.

Whoa there buddy;) Lathander called Aabahran Thera way before the Theran wind and the Dreadlords came along. FYI in 1.0 Aabahran was also called Thera. My bard being the Undying Voice of Thera would justify this statement.

You missed the entire point of Crypt's post.

He was responding to someone saying that they believed Crypticant was annoyed by the whole Theran Wind project, which he responded he was not and that he actually came up with the whole plot.

It has already been stated that the name Thera came over from AR.

Actually Crypt, I wanted to thank you for your post on wombats a while ago. It brought me many moments of mirth on many mirthless evenings.
