Dual wielding and disarming?

What weapon is used to decide how efficiently you disarm when you dual wield?

I'd suppose the first hand weapon. Would be the most logical. Would need to read the code to be sure tho.

Main hand, so that you do not wield a spear and dual a whip and go arround disarming peoples with the whip.
