Is there a way to tell exactly all the members of a cabal are without them necessarily being on? Or is it just a gather the knowledge kind of thing. It would just be nice so I can organize things in my mind is all. =D

Cabal roster?
If you are high enough in your cabal, you can use the 'cabal info' command. Tribunal and Syndicate have score/roll charts also.
Can someone send out the totals, it is interesting to see.
I know Eshaine sent one out a few months ago with Active, Semi Active, Non Active and gave totals for each cabal.
The thing is, there are SO many new inductees and new vets who don't show their affiliations. An imm has to give the true stats, but I have my own guesses.

Knight: 3?
Herald: 3?
Syndicate: 3?
Tribunal: 5
Watcher: 6
Savant: 4?
Warmaster: 5?

Is there a set number that a cabal can handle? Or is it up to Imm discretion?
i believe it's discretion based on the number of players.
10 is MAX for any cabal.
Most players are in Nexus, Warmaster and Watcher at the moment.
Least active ones are in Syndicate. Followed by Knight, Tribunal and Savant.
If you wish to play underdog Knight will probably be the most painful.
I won't give exact numbers atm as many players hide their flags.
How do you hide a cabal flag, and which cabals (if not all) can do this?

Command is "Autocabal".
I think all can do it except Knight and Tribunal (once you show it at least).
Tribunal shows it automatically.
Knight and Warmaster, you can hide it until Veteran (unless this has been changed). Syndicate, Nexus, Watcher, and Savant can hide it indefinitely.
I don't know about Herald. But they're not a real cabal anyway.
I don't think I was ever able to hide my Savant flag.
Since when was Savant able to hide their flag? Out of the 1000+ hours I played they were one of a very few select Cabals (which is now two) that couldn't hide it at all. You can hide your flag as long as you want as Nexus/Syndicate that I've seen at least up to Elder not sure about Leader. Watcher I believe can do the same and Knight you can as long as you wish but after Vet you get that Sir or Lady before your name so there's no point in hiding it after that. Unless it's been changed, Savant can't hide it and I think you might be able to as a Tribunal, but not sure. As Herald you can, but it's not like you're a huge target unless you have EQ.
