Dual Wielding

Is "dual-wieldability" of a secondary weapon based on the weight of the primary weapon, or their respective strength requirements?

Sword 1 requires 10 Str, but weighs 1 stone.

Sword 2 requires 5 Str, but weighs 5 stone.

Which would be the primary weapon, and which the secondary?

Oh, you british folks. Still measuring weight with rocks. shakes head

Generally, the strength needed is determined by the weight. I'm pretty sure it is this way across the board...

Correct.

British...?

Cycel and I went to the same high school, and I assure you, I am very not-British.

Exactly - "Only in America"

I think stones were the units of weight used in the game when I started playing. Never really got out of the habit of using it. Anyways, I didn't know that weight and strength requirements were related to each other, I thought they were separate fields filled out by builders, leading to possible discrepancies.

Everyone knows weights in the game are in Kilograms.

But yes, dual wielding weapons appears to be limited by:

  • Secondary weapon lighter than main weapon.

  • Secondary weapon lighter than 20 Kg.

But everyone knows kilograms are an inferior unit of measurement.

Long live the Geepound!

It's measured in stones. I'm 100% certain.

So, the average FL human can walk around with 300 or so kilograms on his back and still fight at full speed/strength? Damn, us real life humans need to start eating our wheaties.

pff, I can tap dance with 600 lbs on my left shoulder. And I hate wheaties.

'Gotta remember pali. our characters in FL have maxed stats. us "mortals" have got around a ten average strength, 18 is beyond godlike for us.lol.

I'm quite aware of the reasoning behind it, thanks.

Yeah, Pali doesn't need ANOTHER person telling him how NOT godly he is.

The irony of telling an atheist he's ungodly as if I'll think it's a bad thing...
