As it stands I never had a full rp char, I have a really neat idea and I just want to know how to go about doing such?
Would it be taboo or annoying to the imms if I were to write an application for nothing, just to share my new chars rp? Or just go about his own thing and hope I get noticed?

And no, for the record, I don't believe the IMMs mind u sending in RP anything.
Instead of a 'nothing' application....who not make it a restring app? Restrings usualy get attention.
Or you could send in your RP in the form of notes rather than application form. It'll cut back on applications that are 'useless' all while adding flavor to the character.
Yes, please write notes, because we all love to read those 2 pages worth notes.
Now really, if you wish to have some RP going just start Role Playing it.
