luck has alot more to do with learning, also help unlucky

if you read the helpful on unlucky it blatantly states that it affects something else, and I also know from experience that luck affects skills, not going to say which
Luck affects a lot of things. Try firestorming someone when you have no luck then when you have full, and see how many times you have to do it with each before the blind goes through.
This thread is actually been very helpful to me. I've never even really put much thought into these things being too much of a factor with various affects.
I find that it is easy enough to use drugs when don't have the addict perk. You can find random ones all over the place to smoke if you're running low (just have to make sure you don't pick ones that give negative affects, like making you sleep for 5 hours!). Choose alcoholic and then just smoke drugs, you can be a real user
