Anyways um I have tried a thousand ways to figure out what it does. what does it do. someone please explain its the only thing i dont understand and theirs no help file on it.

Exactly. Basically it improves the food in your inventory, keeping it from rotting for a much longer period of time (it can still rot however) and making it instantly filling. It works on almost any type of food, including arms, legs, ears, etc.

It doesn't make any food instantly filling, unless it has changed. For a normal sized race (human) it takes 4 body parts to be full. If you sing this song on a body part, it doubles in nourishment. So it only takes 2 enhanced bodyparts to fill you.
