Enfeeblement?

Does enfeeblement drain moves as well or does it only make walking more strenuous for the target?

if by drain moves you mean give them to you? No. But it does make moving around a biatch, like triples the cost of a non flying character

Cast it on mobs, it will say two different things.

As it has been said, it drains SO SO many more moves while you're moving. I believe it used to remove move points and could be communed over and over again until the char couldn't walk at all... but that was changed because too many people would just spam enfeeb and when their opponent could no longer walk, the shaman would go to town, there's no fun in that now. Now I believe there is only need to afflict your oppenent with it once and that's the best you're gonna be getting. It's most definitely a prayer you want to master hands down, since it has won me so many fights where I normally wouldn't be able to win them that it isn't even funny.

It even kill Heroic mounted Paladins moves....
