Okay, over the years I have heard many things about drinking alchohol, some say it makes you heal faster some say it makes you fight better(worse) and some say it makes you train faster. Now, there is an alchoholic perk that says you ignore the negative affects, but I haven't noticed any, unlike drugs it doesn't tell you the affect. Does anyone know for sure what drinking does besides makes you talk like an ogre?

Alcohol dims both the pain and your profs. 
I know that with the alchoholic perks you dont suffer the negative effects of alchohol. Alchohol feeds you as well as quenches your thirst so you can carry beer around in a barrel and not have to worry about buying milk.
Does that mean that with the alcoholic perk you can dim the pain but NOT the profs?
