Agreed. I've seen warriors at 50 in mithril with ave 22 weapons take down decked communers by hitting them at the right time. PK isn't about gear.

I know what you're saying, and I agree to some extent, but to say PK isn't about gear is a bit of a bold statement to make. It is down to player skill, more than EQ, but you still can't ignore the difference between an Ogre Warrior in mithril and a basic staff compared to an Ogre Warrior completely decked out in the shiniest gear this side of East Germany, assuming both were the "same" Ogre.
