But I've got a good Avatar warmaster rp idea going on, or is it just for balancing issues that it can't be allowed?
Anything can be done. It's just how much they might gimp you that is the question.
I would assume its more the Cabal IMM you should be asking. Since different Imms run their cabals differently.
As far as Warmaster and Avatar? Since Warmaster doesn't allow Avatars to apply, I would say get in Warmaster. THEN apply for Avatar.
But you'd have to kinda betray your own cabal by slaughtering evils within, so you might get booted. Though i'd say it would be allowed if done properly.
I made a faerie druid once, I was gimped SO badly that I deleted. I felt bad, but I was left with... Parry, Sword, Dirt kick, and control weather. Lol. A lvl 1 faerie druid has no chance to even rank with that crap, especially since every goodie would be coming to kill you with a title like...

I think help files states you can't be caballed when applying for avatar. Not sure though, just remember reading something like that. I can possibly have mixed them up with crusaders, which I know cannot. But I think it's the same for avatar. Damn mud being down so I can't read and be sure.

It was Dyendas. I had the pleasure of having an Elf Pally in Knight at the same time and I learnt a lot from him.

I was in Warmaster when I applied for Avatar and I was unable to even post the application. It said, specifically, that I could not be an Avatar because I was in Warmaster. This was back just before Sirant turned evil, so it was a long time ago. Maybe things have changed since then. I do recall, a long time before that, that there was an Avatar invoker in Savant. Who knows?
And Drendan was a Crusader.
