Do nobles still exist? I remember elise was one wasnt she?

Nope, sadly they don't..Bartodk was one of the last of the nobility(Royal)..They were replaced with Tribunal.

so no chance to get the noble flag? Not the royal, just a noble of a major city.

Anything is possible with stellar RP...realize you might have a tough row to hoe however.
