Is there any way to speed up the clan quest process? I'm still only a member after completing around 20 of them and at this rate I may be able to appy at the end of the month. Please tell me there is a better way.

how about instead of doing all clan quests u can do those too and impress the cabal imm?
It has way more to do to get into a Cabal than just the Clan Quests, you have to do something to prove yourself in most cases and that doesn't mean being a PK Beast. Just be useful, and help out, though not Warfare interferance.
It is all arbitrary anyway, there is no set rule where x quests gives you y rank. I've seen huge variations, and I've seen come consistancies.
But the bottom line is, if you apply yourself and you want to get in, you will.
And sometimes the Battle Clan Inductee is doing more and is more influencial than the Warmaster Leader, in which case he WILL be a Warmaster.
WM was just picked as a random example, it could be any clan/cabal.
Oh, well I was told by all my clan mates that I had to have a trusted rank before I could apply. I was shocked when I had entered my application and the game wouldn't allow me to send it. I'm an a player from 1.0 amd early 2.0 so there's alot of new things I don't understand. I havn't seen my cabal IMM sence around rank 42, so I'm at a loss there. I've decided there's alot of trivial skills and spells I can master while I do my quests, so I suppose it's not so bad. I just hate the feeling of standing still, I like to be moving ahead at all times.
You do not have to be Trusted in a clan to be allowed to apply to a cabal.
When I try to apply it says "cabal IMM" won't allow me to yet. So what do I need to do to be allowed to apply if it's not gain the trusted rank in my clan?
You'll know when you are able to, keep an eye on your Score sheet. Not sure if I said too much if so please edit or tell me too. just watch that and you'll know. TRUST me.
i've never been a fan of the clan quest system whatsoever. i think cabal standards should simply be an app (good app) and good RP and that's all. fill cabal slots and keep them filled is what would happen. but i must be wrong because the clan quest system has operated unaltered now for what 2 years? i dont even know.
Some imms have a set amount of quests per promo.
However, if the imm/mort leader wants to promo you for good rp, it can be done. Tizz got to trusted in hope with like no quests because I'd be rping over cc and get a promo.
However, no matter what...you cabal imm has to allow you to apply to the cabal. Once they give you the oppurtunity, you will know.
I like the system for the competition aspect its neat and fun but I would love to see happen is to have the Knights do the old way of induction, you know the squire thing, I think it makes sense from an RP sense and it was really neat when I had my first knight.

When you are allowed to apply to a Cabal, you'll recieve a message either the moment you are allowed to apply, or when you next log-in, that says something along the lines of,
"You have been given the chance to apply to your chosen Cabal!"
Then on your score sheet, it will tell you how many real-life days you have to send your Cabal application in (starting at ten days). Your application is voted on by the current Cabal members, and if the vote is a majority yes, you're in.
The chance to apply for a Cabal is granted by the Immortal when they feel you're ready, and it will differ depending on the Cabal, the Immortal running it, and other situations. If you're in Cartel, I doubt clan-quests alone would suffice; go out and take bounties. If you're in WM and you shy away from fighting anyone, just doing clan quests, I doubt you'd be given the chance to apply. And again, I can be proved wrong in all those instances, as it is purely situational. My last Knight was given the chance to apply the moment I killed a shaman that was attacking the Hope clanhall.
Doing clan quests show that you have an interest in joining your Cabal. Having done twenty or so definately shows that. But that's one side of it. Think of your Cabal, what it represents, and find a way to interwine that with your character so that the Imm can see that you are perfect for the Cabal.
Again, even in the PK-heavy Cabals, that does not mean you have to be a PK beast. Having the right attitude and RP will get you a long way, as well being interested in, and interacting with, the Cabal and it's Clan. Trust me.
