quick question on equipment screen

so...I haven't played in a month (due to being on a trip in China), I get back and I see the above when I check the equipment on my character. Is this an item at has since been removed or changed from the game? I'm thinking so, or is this just a bug? (considering that after taking it off I can't sacrifice or wear it)

It is an effect caused by the removal of the item from the area, just get rid of it.
