Skill training help

I'm level 14 and i can't seem to train any skills past 80. I seem to remember level 11 being the level limit for that?

Nope, skills top at 80% (except for racial skills and those similar to that, which top at 100%) until you hit rank fifteen now.

I believe the change was to do with people training skills up with ease whilst under the protection of the loot shield if they get PKed/killed, among other things.

I believe the level limit was raised to 15, so that you have to be rank 16 before skills will increase past 80%.

You can train skills to 100% at rank fifteen, though..

never mind, i figured it out. seems 15 is the level...
