The innate 10% does not show up on:

prof self hand to hand

OR

your skillset list

Typing

prof self weapon

Will give you your TRUE ability. This is not only true for hand to hand weapons.

Two handed weapons have a very similar affect.

The monk hand to hand % is NOT new. Rather a very old bonus they have almost always had.

Yes, old bonus 110% on monk thing.

Warrior racials stacks with weapon masteries/expertises.

But that is nothing compared with a exotic master.

120% base if memory comes true. And up to 140% if i recall correct from Viri.

Of course this was in the days that weapon lock was exotics and whips.

And did i have fun with weaponlock. It is exelent againt "Cencored" class.

I think most people would wipe half nexus with it.

You can't have 140 in exotics as a warrior, unless you're a fire giant wielding a fire exotic.

Exotics do not go to 140.

135? Maybe. It's been awhile since I played Lirard. Though definitely no more than 135. More than likely 125.
