I've forgotten where to buy the Bard instruments, and have searched high and low in the main cities for a shop. Where can I find an instrumental shop?

Alright, second question. The song remembrance, does it have the same effect as ressurection to players who have suffered mobdeath?
Wow, someone who is interested in bards. I wish I could help you but I know nothing about them, though it may be easier to ask in game. Type who class and start sending tells. Even a lot of the people who play bards refuse to admit it to the community.

I'm pretty sure Remembrance isn't like resurrection. But yeah, ask some of the bards IG, they'll probably be able to give the best answers.

Only minimal changes since I played it last time, such as the addition of the Sneak skill. Before, we only had hide.
And I suck at PKing before 50, so I'll wait with that.
Remembrance does things! I don't know if it does things for the bard, but it does things!
The easiest way to experiment this sort of thing.. sing it over your own body 
which might or might not work. I do belive you need to be grouped to see any sort of results. (It isn't or wasn't a resurrection.)

When a good kills another good aligned mob/player, they lose a lot of XP, and receive 'damnation' effect for about 70 hours or something like that.

I believe remembrance has something to do with an affect. That is, it cures an affect that makes it so a person can't cast spells. I always thought it had something to do with Psions.

The help files talk about the forget spell. It's psionicist, so I'm confused as to why I can read it, but there ya go.
From the helpfile, it looks like it could reduce or negate exp loss on death and damnation, possibly assist against the affects of a Psi skill or two as well as one of the blademaster crits.
I just might have to roll me up a bard one of these years to see.
