If you apply for something, and you get rejected, are you allowed to re-apply later?

You can always re-apply, your chances however, are slim, unless you step your game up a notch.
I imagine it has a lot to do with the nature of the application, "Dear Chayesh, I'm going to die today at 3:13 pm PST - in two minutes. Please please touch me on the inside so I can be undead and wtfpwn everyone."
The next day, "So, hey guy. I lived I guess. I'm going to die today, though, I can feel it. Meet me behind the Burger King and we'll do this thing? Don't leave me hanging C."

No no, I wasn't trying to diss anyone's undead app. I was just pointing out that your request can't involve any sort of imminent death or some other circumstances that would keep you from applying a second time (if you want to app again). There's nothing wrong with asking for unlife because your own life might be running out. It's a basic app and there's nothing wrong with it if you don't over-cliche it, imo.
