Ranger lagging skills?

Is it just me, or do rangers lack any lagging skills unless you follow the path that gives you throw? Is there any way to lag your opponent as a non-tracker ranger?

No, and for good reason. As far as I am aware. Wait, scratch that. Certain beasts lag, tripping and such.

Pre-ranger remade, when fired weapons was a skill that was not automated, there were rummors of some arrows laging the oponent.

But that was on another age... and my ranger autodeleted before i could find them.
