Something that just sprung to mind, but with no current characters can't really try anything in-game.
If I take a contract out on a character, and end up bringing them to the stun ready to collect their bounty, can another player (who obviously has also contracted them out) then come in and collect the bounty, or can any other player slay them, with either a direct or area attack?

But back to the subject...yes another character can steal your contract and or bounty if you are an absolute turtle.

I'm thinking more along the lines of when you're fighting in town, or a common hang-out hotspot and EVERYBODY comes to watch, to either see a fight or get some free disarmed weaponry. The ones who have get 1. in the clipboard, and keep looking at every player to see which might die first and provide some loot. I was merely wondering that if in a situation like that, would I have time to RP with them after taking them to the stun, without having to worry about the afforementioned type of people rushing in and killing them/stealing the contract.
