The only way to restore your condition is to apply for a "conquest". To do this, you send an application (application, NOT note) to the immortals, telling them who you are, what you are asking for, and why you think you deserve it. Find a way to make yourself stand out, and give a god a reason to use their power to restore the lives they know you're just going to lose again. Once you've done that, you do NOT cower in a corner. You continue PKing and RPing as normal, and if they accept your application, you will likely be spoken to by the immortal who approved it, after which they will give you a quest of some sort. Once you complete this quest, they will restore a portion (very seldom, if ever, all) of your lives.
Yes you can die 100% after 60 Lives
I believe the 'Help Death' file explains this concept further.

when it comes to your last life you will know by looking at it, I promise
youll get a:
"If you die again you have died as much as Balinors healer."
The very last warning you get is "Your next death will send you into the abyss" or some wording of that nature.
Watch for death is knocking at your door. I believe this means you are at your last ten lives. A while ago someone posted all the conditions.

He's just jealous of those of us who have characters that don't die often enough TO condeath.

what happened to your chars?
All my 1.0 characters got deleted by the pwipe. None of them condeathed. Closest one had at least 30 deaths left. Of my 2.0 and later ones, Victol got hacked, and most of the others I just retired, got bored with, or (sometimes rage) deleted.
I see Chayesh to be more of a rage delete kind of guy.
Closest I've ever come to condeathing a character I still had about as much as Pali did, and that was with my first character who never made it passed lvl 30. Now the closest I've gotten since then was a few cuts and bruises.
ONLY char I ever condeathed was Cyclopant, and well worth every death.
