Library?

I thought only monks could get to the library...

Where is it?

The Rheydin Library is six east of the Central Commons of Rheydin, then north through the park.

As for the monks thing, I do seem to recall that in some cities the monk guildhall is called a library or something of that nature.

If this is refering to what I think it is, the monk's guildhall in Val Miran is an example. There are certain skills that allow you to go into guilds that aren't your own.
