Hitroll makes you more accurate with blades or dancing blade? Or what?
Helps in a few things. Try it out yourself, it's worth it.
Its WELL worth it let me tell you.
I never had over 8 hitroll on my bmage, I wouldn't worry about it to much.

Well, having the extra hit roll certainly doesn't hurt.

To my knowledge he made lots of people cry. I wasn't playing at the time though.

Poplin once fought three healers(royals), a warrior and a paladin(Justice) and a cleric(royal) who were trying to catch him.
He killed all of them and didn't die. I was one of the healers.
I would say he rocked.
The world needs more Poplins. I have to respect anyone that can put up with being an outlaw/Syndicate for long while there are active Justice/Tribunals. Its just a shame that they learned to use their meat shields so well, making any tough class all but unstoppable. sigh Unless of course that changed with Tribunal, been a while since I've really played.
And he was human, also my first death at 50. Was a decent fight, lasted about 9 rounds. I was way newb at the time.
I almost took Poplin a coupel different times with my dwarf justice warrior. He got me once though, when he landed a sear in the bathhouse and I failed 7 gyvels. I cried.

ive never worried about hitroll with ANY of my bmages. There is no need for it because your blades/dancing blade does not rely on hit/dam because you are using your mind to control them.
