What's the downside to the sickly perk? Are you weaker against poison, or something?
Also, it seems from the helpfile that magic resistant races should not be resistant to sharpmetal. This true?

The people who know alot about the perks prolly won't blab about it, cuz they probably spent a long time figuring out what they know, if they actually know real things.

The only real downside to the perk is if your a level 19(I guess) dark knight with the perk, because when someone calls you a sick bastard, you can't argue it.

I've used this perk before, and never really figured it out. I just put it in part of my description or used it in my RP in some sort of way. IE: Joruiss and his rash that Dyentropy and Lyrise tried to set me in a bath of herbal brews hoping it would go away.
That was rich! Had alot of fun with that. Shame you ran to hell and back to avoid the brew!
I didn't run to hell and back. I just ran to the Waterfall and then someone said that Lyrise was on her way to come brew me up.
When you choose a perk, before you say yes it has a little blurb, I think nearly all of them are quite obvious.

"Cough", "weeze". The name of the perk is Sickly, meaning easily sickened. I think it's quite obvious.
when perks first came out I did some research with a trained shammy vs ogre war sickly, just cause I always picked sickly, and wanted to see if it had mal effects. As far as I can tell it does not change your spell resist to mal.
