Inspired by the Miruvhorian Whisperer I feel Herald could use a few new skills to allow them to represent and enjoy there duties a bit more. The Whisperer was able to do this due to a certain skill and with these ideas I might actually consider rolling a Herald one day.
Eavesdrop - Similar to Spy but works on an entire race, guild, or faction when specified.
Interview - Allows for a journalist to put the interviewee in a state where both are diplomatically immune. The purpose would be to entice the key personnel to reveal facts, secrets, and the latest gossip to be revealed to the public.
Both must be in the same room for the duration of the interview.
RP points are rewarded at the expiration of the interview or both parties would be awarded the usual rp points when quoted in notes etc.
Feel too lazy to rp and write notes yourself? Not good at English or writing in general? Have a Herald do most of the work. You just provide the ideas and latest scoop.
Another idea would be if Herald had a global channel. The purpose would be to report on Breaking News of plot updates occurring in the game.
