IMP Anume: Character wipe

As we keep experiencing problems with the rare purge due to the number of
pfiles, we will do a pwipe this month. This means that any character you
have not logged in for 20 + (2 x level) days will be deleted. If you wish
to keep a character, we advise to log them on briefly. All qclasses/ races
inactive for more than 50 days will also be deleted.
