Faint soot settles into the seams of his clothing and along the lines of his
hands without masking the natural tone of his skin. Every piece of equipment
bears scratches, worn edges, and the dull sheen left by constant use, while

fire whips, double sheathed, fire breathing cursed shield, throwing fire, none of it matters. my skills are easily shut down by a simple dirt kick. Auto disarm delt with my whips no problem. Basically did no damage to him at all.

There is no pvp integrity right now for balance. Being told to wear and axe so it can get disarmed even faster is salt in the wound for sure.

Wielding a disarmable weapon against a warmaster, using a shield against a monk as a ranger, not using a mammoth/gorgon/hulk against a melee…

I’m sorry, but this log makes it very difficult to take concerns about balance seriously because this was 10000% the wrong set up for this fight in every way.

Monks can use whips. Don't fight glads woth disarmament weapons. Use something they know of you need to in main hand.

show me how to beat a monk with a tracker, any of you. Everyone is quick to give advice on a matchup they haven't played. An axe will get disarmed instantly. With a whip they have a decent chance to fail. I also had double sheath to help with that. If he goes dragon he can disarm ANY weapon. As we've seen in all these logs. You think 4-5 bow shots would have won me the fight over the shield? Show me. I'm tired of bad advice from ppl who never played the matchup. Play a tracker ranger and kill skhreem, until then, keep it inside.

Not really sure how much did get broken with current monks, but it seems like A LOT! He wasn't even using magical chii against you. Monks get waaaay too much right now. Not saying I won't beat him with my pugilist, but monks need a lot more fixing, than pugilists do IMO.
That being said...I do think pugilists and rogue as a whole still need some fine tuning. Nhysarra vs Kilian log...Nothing in this game should be able to dish out DISMEBERS through sanctuary and presumably protection as passive damage. Period.
All these new class changes lean to unblockable passive damage. Kind of takes away the flavor of the game, but that's just me ranting. Fights used to be a lot more balanced and a lot more reliant on tactics before. Not so much rn.
Don't get me wrong...you really needed to use different weapon set up. At least a no disarm in main hand, as you are fighting an auto disarming Gladiator. No one is at fault for this foolishness of yours.
Forcing him into using dragon, in which he can still fail a disarm once in a while, would have been optimal in your case. STILL...cabal skills included in any fight, will favor the guy in a cabal. Even useless skills. The are still EXTRA skills.
I have played a fair amount of rangers...Any path. I still also thing beastmaster is the only viable way to go there. Tracker IS lacking. Archer is mediocre.
