I’m not sure if you agreed to not use flaming arrows here or something, but it almost certainly would have won you this fight. That or getting your weapon back on before that second thunder storm. Close one!

Flying would also have helped.

Landing plague,poison,Insect swarm plus all those procs were definitely doing a lot of the heavy lifting. That healing came in super clutch for skhreem there. Sucks you had nearly every star allign and still couldn't close it though! Nice log!

Also with monk losing second parry in offensive, you might have better luck dual wielding a norem main and another offhand. Especially if it’s weapons monk doesn’t know. That and flaming arrows and thunder storm would be a lot of damage for an offensive monk to fight against.

Based on this and some of our fights, it feels like you’re really getting the hang of your fighting style. You’ve been fighting a lot of strong opponents and I think you’re learning, adapting, and I think you’ll see a lot more wins in the future.

I messed up a few times here. My herb failed 3 times, which kinda sucked, but not what lost me the fight. My melee did basically nothing to him. Had this been a different monk with access to missile immunity or I didn't have thunderstorm, then i quickly get out damaged. I can try dual wielding, but I have not had any success with that against monks in the past. I had him fall asleep at 3% hp and was about to thunderstorm, but he choked me out with his beads and went to heal.

I think me not picking up my weapon in favor of the 2nd thunderstorm was probably the biggest mistake. I could have squeezed in a few flame arrows between applying poison and plague. I should have fled when he got super low and shot to avoid the choke out.
