With the current state with how easy it is to rank. Does the experience penalty matter that much?
Does it somehow give you an advantage if its lower besides less exp to level and you can PK people earlier on the range? (I haven't had issues with people attacking my 42 to 49 level characters)

No, ithe doesn't matter. You can run from 1 to 50 in a day. Sub 50 Pk is very rare, at least from my experience.
L60 Sanc for Melee is not hard.
And I always thought Irumeru meant that humans were best because you could play everything with them, meaning you would get used to the race and do well when trying new classes, eventually finding your adeptness. But hey, we all interpret the word of God differently do we not?

@Magickkill the Great black dragon. Use the key. Identify everything, because in Aabahran things change sometimes. I once thought I knew this game well. But I learn new things all the time. Maybe one day I will learn how to PK.
