This thing has been suggested a few times before. While I like the idea, I think you should consider this:
If you are not willing to put in the effort to edit your RP logs properly, then why should the IMMs put in the effort to read them?
The only fear that I have is that this will allow people an easy way to spam the staff with "cheap" logs.
We already have journal entries that are "Pie recipies"...

if I spend an hour rping it takes me almost the same amount of time to clean the log
I would rather spend ALL that free time in game and just spit out logs easily, it is why I rarely post them.

I log every dirty word thing. It's not a real issue for me to flesh out the real RP to the RP log section that gets read every two months :D
But I get you ... It's a task for some people to clean those logs. I enjoy doing it via helpful searches etc.
You are right Kyz, I've spent up to two hours cleaning some logs.
Still though, I usually do this while at work, so it's not a real downtime for me.
I honestly enjoy reading my own RP logs. It helps me improve, just like reading your own PK logs can help you improve in PK.

If you were the only player you'd be top of my list. But you're not. Also you've only added 1 log recently that was awarded very generously. #regret.

Sorry @Ulmusdorn, my humour is shit and hardly anyone ever gets it, but me. It was pointed to Kyzarius. You're free to punish and remove that generous stuff to me.. Even I thought its over the notch for I didn't ever get such from ... well you know what.
Max 10 RP for singular ... not a note, not a journal.. the other. But you think I do this shit for points? Nah.. I enjoy the stuff I do :D
