Some forum requests

I am missing some functions from the old forum.

1. Can we be able to see BB codes?

2. Can we have a "preview post" button?

3. Can we have a member list?

1. BB codes are by default what's on the editor. You can suggest we add more to the editor (what ones are you used to having there?)
2. Preview post is streamlined in the editor now. What you see in the editor (without pressing Source) is what you'll see in the post. It's a true wysiwyg editor now.
3. IPS4 does not have the functionality. It was removed when they moved from 3.8 to 4.0. We can download a member list function, but it's $10, and I really don't see a reason for it. If you want to donate $10, I'll add it for you.
