Psionic Illithid can't yell, I am sure demons are in the same boat too.
They should not even try. Having a "you can't to that" message everytime you get attacked is just weird.
Remove their yell attempts by default.
Or better yet. Make some area echo that everyone feels in the same area when they get attacked.
