Renaming nymph hearts

Does anyone else find it comical that a good character can heal themselves by eating the heart of a nymph that was sacrificed in an evil ritual?

Well, sort of, but they're afaik, flowers nowdays.

Yep, that is why they are flowers and not actual hearts now. Have been for a while too... so...

I just never identified one to see that it is a flower. I just saw they are in an altar of sacrifice in a wooded area full of nymphs.
