There's a distinct line between the game and the forums, but each has a use and it has been seen time and time again that there is both a causational and correlational relationship between the two.
The suggestion is as follows:
A Second "Shout Out" and "Journal (Prayer Type)" section of the forums. It is not fault of anyone that the in game editors don't often comply well when creating and it can be difficult at times to go through notes, changes, and news events in the game itself. Formatting has roughly improved over the years.
How does this work?
Players have the option of using these forums to send their notes with an in game note with directions to redirect to the forums with the forum address. While this might cause some ripples with immersion, this serves a two-fold purpose: Easier to send/format notes and would help direct players to the forums, an automatic acknowledgment of the existence thereof.
There's not a ton of detail in this. It's definitely open to interpretation and needs work.
