As for mal/mental giving double rounds....look at it from a shamans standpoint...it really hurts against melees. So much so that I resorted to opening with harm. Foxx is right. It's a bug that will give double rounds.
I dont even know how a shaman would do it. You would want to open with a mal......Who would really want to open with harm?
I want to be clear here. I made a mistake though because I knew that this would pull a murder round. I got excited and thats all there is to it. Should it pull a murder round. No. Yet I knew it did that.
Also Raynald and I have fought all the time and this is Usually the way it goes. He kickes my behind. I kick his behind. This time it was his turn.

Shamans have cure critical. That's why they can take it.

I live in OKC.... I've been to Texas far too many times.
Flame arrow/icicle are ideal chasing spells. You can -almost- flee lock someone with those as an invoker.
I favor hellstream, for the 1 hit kill of === ==== 200 damage. But then again I rarely dispel, as it's counter productive in 80% of cases as I spam :blush:.
Cel is right though, icicle and flame arrow have NO real lag with a fully charged staff making them great for chasing. They aren't AOE so you cant be led into a disastrous situation with adds either.
