Druids got some changes. Yewtrunk routinely hits me for 3 to 5 devastates a round and reliably pulls lacerates and mutilates. While taking mains from hellstream, and dismember from ice storm. Their buffs in the casting category ensures I have to use a mana shield instead of an elemental one. He also is only moderately equipped. Fighting him is a serious resource strain and as this log proves I canthink really just stand up and see who wins. The druid buff made them extremely strong. I'm comfortable with the class, I don't know druids but I'm getting hit harder than if I fought a ranger or warrior without a doubt

I have a druid at 50 and I've already looked into the changes. The changes are not as remarkable as you think. Druids have always had the ability to use haste - this is why he is hitting you so much. You're also an invoker with just PARRY - his hit dam is over 45 each. He's also transformed which gives him some bonus in striking you.
It was never just going to be a walk in the park to be honest. He can't have both the hit dam and the save's across the board. Druids have limited mana although they can heal it. Try land a dispel now and then. If you drop 3 of his main spells he's looking at 400+ mana to get them back up.

You can kill anything with anything.
My comment was aimed at your advice to attrition the druid. You will simply not be able to attrition even a moderately prepared druid.
Besides that's not how invokers work. They use burst tactics. Not attrition :P
By attrition I'm talking about the age old art of blowing shit up with hellstream and ice storm until someone can't defend against you anymore.
I know its happened to me over a range of characters when I've faced invokers who were prepared to play the 'long game' rather then spamming 1 spell for a single encounter.
Well, there's burnproofing and then there's the thing that he is a werebeast aka no wares.
@Aulian You are incorrect. He is able to hit me for 3-6 devastates a round, while taking unsanced obliterates from hellstream, and keeping his armor low enough to take lacerates from call lightning. Meanwhile he is routinely doing Lacerates through sanc. So this druid is quite easily able to do these things.
The weirdest thing is I didnt think a druid got enhanced damager, but he is hitting me for such high, high damage.

Well his resistance to you inparticular can be explained in some part by watcher skills.
I recently fought him, and hellstream hit gun fir a maim. Watcher can do that?

Stalker with the right items and high aff against an evil or good surely could.
He is not stalker, and was doing this after he was relieved of several very good saves pieces. There is something very off, and very very strong here is what I am of the opinion of. My main issue is that even without enhanced damage they are easily hitting me harder than warriors, and rangers do.

You don't have to have enhanced damage to hit harder. Enhanced damage only increases damage marginally. If you get enough damroll, you'll land cap damage through sanctuary.
Nothing wrong here. Nothing to see. Move along.
Warder also has additional protection, specifically against you.
