Just a few changes, this week:
Armies
- Fixed a work-around where Leaders and Elders could control more armies via patrol than they should be able to.
Bards
- Lamented tears work-around to see health/mana/move % has been fixed. The group command doesn't return anything when affected by this song.
- Material tourmaline added for support with brass and percussion instruments, similar to lapis lazuli.
- Mining slightly tweaked with some materials getting a 7% increase in being mined, while others a slight 3% decrease.
