Exempting WM inductees from Crumbling EQ

But if you die 30 times and no one loots you - you still loose a full suit and you're at such a disadvantage.

This kind of incentivizes a WM Inductee to throw themselves at death with reckless abandon, but it does help those WM newbies who are struggling with PK.

I think the benefit offsets the risk.
