Think I've suggested this before, but here it goes again.
Replay tells is great.
Can we have a replay cabal/clan/faction, perhaps even replay say that replays everything your character has seen in the room, emotes including.

what about reworking the "replay tells" command to "replay all" and it would incorporate tells/cabal talk/clan talk/faction talk/room talk in their respective colors? that way we just have one command that would encompass everything.
File size may be a real problem here...
Could you make it cut out kinda like the stored lines on the client? That would solve the file problem right?
I dont think its all that necessary to be able to replay everything. However I would love to be able to see a list of the last tell each person sent me since I logged in. It really bad if your one of those people where when you log in, four people all want your attention at once.

Replaying the cabal, clan and faction channels would be helpful. You feel that it's difficult when four people want your attention all at once via tells, try adding those three channels in at the same time, too.
In my opinion, we can do without the say/xmote replays.
replay group is in right now, too.

Ahh, the new replay says/tells, no more cleaning of rp logs and worry of moving around alot, copy and paste.
Done for everything except clan, and faction.
